This growing studio are recruiting for an experienced Architect to join their close-knit and diverse studio. With a portfolio of iconic high-end developments, they ideally want a design-led and client facing candidate, with experience also in taking the project through all stages.
This role would suit a qualified post-part 3, with around 5 years of post-qualification experience, and ideally someone who is already working and living in Hong Kong. It would also be an advantage to have a good understanding of local building codes and practices, as well as the ability to lead a small team.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- ARB / RIBA / HKIA / AIA Registered or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lead a team
- Design flair, and a keen eye for detail
- Coordination experience, and client facing
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese a plus
